Utility Classification

Detected objects are automatically classified into three utility types — electrical, water, and sewer — using signal characteristics, depth, and context from the surrounding radar survey. Objects that don't match a known class are labelled Other. Gas, telecom, and additional types are currently in development and will be added to the system shortly.

Frequently asked questions

We accept DZT (GSSI), RD3 (Sensors & Software), SGY (SEG-Y standard), DT1 (Noggin series), and IDS GeoRadar formats. These cover the vast majority of professional GPR hardware. If your equipment uses a different format, contact us — we may be able to support it or help convert your files.
Our primary operations are in Turkey. For international projects, Tier 1 (file analysis) works anywhere — just send your files. For field surveys, we coordinate with local partners in select regions. Get in touch with your project location and we'll confirm coverage and timeline.
Absolutely. Without positioning data we still run full AI detection, classification, and depth estimation on your radar data. You receive annotated images with every detected utility marked and classified. The only output we can't produce without coordinates is a georeferenced spatial map (SHP, KMZ, etc.).
Yes. For Tier 2 and 3 projects we produce formal PDF reports including methodology statements, accuracy caveats, and proper CRS documentation. Let us know the submission requirements upfront so we can format accordingly.
We include confidence scores on every detection for this reason. If something looks off, contact us and we'll review the specific radar section together. We re-process flagged areas and explain the classification reasoning. Our goal is defensible results, not inflated numbers.
Tier 1 (file analysis): within 24 hours of receiving files. Tier 2 (survey + analysis): typically 1–2 weeks from scoping to deliverables, depending on site access and area size. Tier 3 (large scale): phased timeline agreed during scoping. You get a specific estimate before any commitment.
